I am an Instructional Designer and Enablement Leader dedicated to building human-centered learning experiences that align stakeholders, scale knowledge, and turn change into confidence. With a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, I specialize in creating scalable solutions that drive measurable organizational impact. Currently, I split my time between New York City and Santiago, Chile, bringing a global perspective to my work with diverse teams.

I maintain a high level of mastery across industry-standard tools to ensure every learning experience is seamless and effective. This includes expert-level proficiency in instructional design platforms such as Rise, Storyline, and Navattic, as well as multimedia tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, and Audacity. I am also highly skilled in managing complex project lifecycles using Asana, Monday, and Zapier, and I have extensive experience navigating various LMS/CMS environments, including Seismic, Docebo, and HighSpot.

My commitment to professional excellence is backed by several key credentials, including the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) and the Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD).
